Frequently Asked Questions
You have all waited long enough... here are the rules you need to follow in order to keep this a safe and fun contest!
When does the contest start and end?
12:01 AM on April 27th, 2010 through 11:29 PM May 3rd, 2010. Although the contest system will allow for the uploading
of photos early. Because so many people are already loading photos, we have decided to start approving tasks! So,
on April 28th, do not be alarmed when you see many participants with high point values already.
What are the prizes?
Pro-Life Gear and Music. As always, we have the best pro-life gear and music around. The top three point getters
will win awesome stuff, like pro-life shirts, hats, CD and much more. The prize list can be viewed here.
Can ALL employees and their family members compete?
Yes. This is a fun contest and we want to be a part of the fun as well.
Can ALL employees and their family members win prizes?
No. Because we have access to many of the things in the task list and well, because we wrote the task list it would not be fair
for an ALL employee or family member to win the prizes. When the contest is over, the ALL employees (and family members) will be
separated out of the Leaderboard to show the actual winners of the prizes.
Do I need to buy the American Life League NPLTW shirt?
No. Although we would love it if everyone purchased the official NPLTW shirt, we do not make it a requirement for this contest.
You may wear any pro-life t-shirt you wish so long we can clearly all text, pictures and designs on the shirt.
Where do I register?
Registration Page. Click here.
Where do I login?
Login Page. Click here.
Can I do a task more than once?
No. Once you get points for a task, you can't get points for it again. Why? Because we would see people loading up
50 variations of the same photo.
Can I use pictures of items as the real thing?
No. If that were the case, you could do most of the tasks with your computer and a color printer. If the task asks for
a picture of you with a kite, get a real kite! If the task asks for a picture of you with a hot dog, get a real hot dog!
Can I use pictures that I had before this contest?
No. We do not have the resources to prove photos are not "recent photos." However, we ask that all photos you take for the
contest be "new photos" of you doing the tasks versus old photos of you that happen to match the listed tasks. For 2010, there is
a slight change to help us determine that your photos are NEW. This will be announced closer to the release
of the first set of tasks. As a hint, it has to do with a required item that needs to be visible in each photo.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that this is meant to be safe and fun. Do not do anything that puts anyone (yes, yourself too) at risk or in danger.
